Emergency Ordinance 20-97
Today the City Council of the City of Saint Paul approved a new emergency ordinance regarding protective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 throughout Saint Paul Island. Download the City of Saint Paul Emergency Ordinance 20-97.
This ordinance will be in effect for 60 days. Some of the changes include the following:
- Updated pre travel testing requirements (see Section 2)
- Face Mask Requirements (see Section 7)
- Community/Workforce Protection Plans (see Section 8)
- Protective measures and plans for fishing vessels, commercial harvesters, and seafood processing workers (see Sections 9, 10, 11)
- Updated protective measures for Saint Paul Harbor (see Section 12)
Additionally, there are changes to the COVID-19 Travel Form. There is an Individual COVID1-9 Travel Form #11 (see attached) and a Group COVID-19 Travel Form #01 (see attached). The Group form is to be used by businesses or vessels that have five (5) or more employees traveling to Saint Paul Island on the same day. Please send your completed travel forms, negative test results or release letter to email@example.com.
Community/Workforce Protection Plans for critical infrastructure and essential workers are required to be submitted to the State and the City and approved prior to travel. If you agency or business still needs to complete submit Community/Workforce Protection Plan please email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
